It was my first time and I did not see a menu so I am not sure if one is available but it would help. I know is buffet type but still at least have the name of the meats, etc. Overall it was good food, quantities are very generous.

So I don't usually give 5 stars across the board. However, when I walked in I knew this place was special. I saw everything I like to eat from home. (Latin cooking) What made it real was it all tasted great. At first I thought it was all in my head but then a each person came in they left with a smile on their face like they picked up leftovers from grandma's house. (Grandma is an excellent cook) between the good food, good music, and the ladies speaking in Spanish behind the counter I thought I was home for a minute. All of this in Providence RI. Who knew? If you made it this far please go get them out yourself. I posted some pictures and a video for your viewing pleasure.

So first I'd like to make it clear that the food here is really good. Could've been five stars all across the board. Except for the fact that their customer service sucks. I went in with my wife and the lady behind the counter took care of her first. She automatically assumed that we were not together and didn't even bother asking if we were together. She took my wife's order and prepped it and proceeded to cash her out. Without even asking myself if I was gonna order any food. On top of that, she also gave my wife attitude when my wife asked her to give her a certain type of meat from the pork shoulder. The employees need better training on customer service.
